Payment to attend a Kristel Schneider | Nature and Landscape Photography workshops and tours indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Reservation and Payment:
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Your place on a given workshop/tour will be held once full payment is received. Your place may be given up to another person if payment of the full workshop/tour fee is not received on time. Payment info and reservation requirements will be send to you after your workshop/tour reservation, made by phone or email.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Any cancellation by the client must be made in writing. Your payments are not refundable. Only in the case of severe illness or parting of close family members we will refund the deposit. This is to be judged by Kristel Schneider only. It is your responsibility to take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
Full refunds of all monies paid will be made if a workshop/tour is canceled by Kristel Schneider or if the workshop is rescheduled and you are unable to attend on the new date. If you give up your workshop/tour place within four weeks of the workshop/tour date, the workshop/tour cost (if paid) will be refunded. Kristel Schneider is not responsible for any other costs which participants may have incurred, including but not limited to travel, car rental, lodging, insurance, photographic purchases and/or rentals.
Workshop/tour Schedule and Agenda:
All workshop/tour schedules and plans are subject to change at Kristel Schneider’s discretion depending upon weather, health and safety considerations, or any other factor related or unrelated to photographic opportunities as we see fit.
Liability Release:
Kristel Schneider, guest presenters and workshop/tour assistants aim to provide every participant a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience. We assume no liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay, mishap or damage to persons or property arising from any cause during the course of the workshop or in transit there to. Kristel Schneider can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. Kristel Schneider reserves the right to change these arrangements should conditions necessitate, or to cancel any aspect of the workshop/tour due to exceptional circumstances. In the event that Kristel Schneider deems it necessary to cancel the workshop/tour she will provide a full refund, which the participants acknowledge as full and final settlement.
There is always an element of risk in any outdoor activity including, but not limited to, bodily injury, death, illness, loss or damage to personal property. By joining any workshop/tour offered by Kristel Schneider, participants acknowledge that they are aware of these risks and are physically capable of safely taking part in the workshop/tour. Further, they release Kristel Schneider and workshop/tour assistants from any liability. Kristel Schneider, guest presenters and workshop/tour assistants will assume no liability for injury, illness or loss of personal property or expenses associated with participation in a workshop.
